Resilience in Nursing

The focus of this area of research is to establish a forum at the University of Haifa on the resilience of nurses where students will work with researchers. Research and discourse on resilience will be promoted and developed by the forum. Initial activities of the forum include the formation of a group consisting of researchers and students and to collaborate with the Research Committee of the Bureau of Ethics of the Nurses in Israel in order to conduct qualitative research with decision-makers in the nursing field in Israel. The purpose of the research will be to understand the lessons learned from the Corona crisis in order to prepare for future crises.
